At one of Bangkok’s many temples, you’ll find a golden statue of David Beckham built into the altar. No jokes.

8. The Grand Palace
One of the most famous landmarks in Bangkok is the Grand Palace, with incredibly beautiful and intricate buildings. The former residence of the Thai royal family is now only used occasionally for ceremonies and is well worth a visit.

9. Reclining Buddha
If you are in the Grand Palace, don’t forget to go to Wat Pho and the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. The Buddha is 46m long and is a sight to behold. Enjoy the tranquility and calm of the Temple and escape the hustle and bustle of the busy city life.

10. Calypso Bangkok Cabaret Show
There are many cabaret shows in Bangkok, but this is the most famous. More than 70 transgender performers put on a show full of glitz and glamour. Think sparkly dresses, elaborate headdresses, and of course, singing and dancing. Prepare to be amazed by this spectacular show!
