Restricting calories and constantly dieting is not a great idea. It is always better to eat as much as you want but in moderation. However, we all have those days when we definitely ate enough but still want to eat something late at night. And you already know that chocolates, sweets or chips are not a great idea. Those will only cause your skin to break out and will most likely turn into unwanted pounds on your body. So here are some foods that contain very few calories, so you can eat them without feeling guilty and without worrying about the scale.

1. cucumber
Cucumbers contain very few calories, making them a great snack any time of the day. It is essentially crispy water. Refreshing, good for the skin and if you don’t like drinking 8 glasses of water a day, you can consume cucumbers.


2. celery
